Our services include career testing, learning style assessments, one-on-one counseling, and institutional partnerships.

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Client Acquisition Representatives to join our remote team. If you’re passionate about education, personal development, and helping others find direction in their careers—this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients (students, parents, schools, colleges, training institutes, etc.)
• Promote our career counseling services through various channels (social media, email, phone, networking events, etc.)
• Build and maintain relationships with schools and institutions for potential partnerships
• Schedule and coordinate client consultations and test registrations
• Provide basic product/service information and answer client queries
• Track outreach, leads, and conversions using CRM or reporting tools
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets based on agreed commission goals

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Self-driven, organized, and goal-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working independently and remotely
• Previous sales, outreach, or educational background is a plus
• Familiarity with career counseling or student services is an advantage
• Access to a computer, internet connection, and phone

Compensation:

• This is a commission-based position
• Attractive commissions on each successful client acquisition (individual or institutional)
